This course is designed for parents of tweens and teens.

I’m a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and mom of two athletes.
I work closely with athletes, parents, and coaches — so I see firsthand what youth athletes actually need to stay energized, recover well, and grow.
Part of why I care so much about this work is personal. As a young athlete, I didn’t fuel well — mostly because I was confused by diet culture. That led to more fatigue and injuries than necessary, and it’s a big reason I’m passionate about helping families support their athletes before those issues show up!
I created this course as a simple, practical way to bring that guidance into your home.
