Once an active dancer, overworked educator, and stressed-out stay-at-home mom, I hit a turning point in 2013—I realized I was overweight, unhappy, and running on empty. I knew I had to make a change if I wanted to be there for my kids and truly enjoy life.
That journey sparked my passion: helping women ditch diets, build strength, and crush their goals—without giving up the foods and fun they love. Since 2016, I’ve specialized in women’s fitness, earning certifications in TRX, kickboxing, and dance fitness to bring variety, results, and a little fun into every workout.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me lost in a good book or cheering on my kids at jump rope shows & baseball games!
