Once an active dancer, overworked educator, and stressed-out stay-at-home mom, I realized in 2013 that I was overweight, unhappy, and running on empty. That turning point sparked my passion for helping women reclaim their health and strength without restrictive diets or extreme approaches.
Since 2016, I’ve specialized in women’s fitness, focusing on helping women 35+ build lean muscle, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies—including those using GLP-1 therapies. I also work with corporate teams, delivering wellness workshops and fitness experiences that make healthy habits approachable, sustainable, and even fun.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me lost in a good book or cheering on my kids at jump rope shows and baseball games!
